Ohio legislators recommend changes to domestic violence laws

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- According to the Safer Communities Legislative Working Group, 2025 was Ohio’s deadliest year in at least a decade for intimate partner violence, with 157 total fatalities including 95 victims and 62 perpetrators.
